Thank You!

I'm back! Talk about frustrating! Six days without the internet! Aaagh!
Anyway, normal service is resumed and yes, I want to say Thank You to the BT engineer who took two hours to get to the root of the problem. I'm feeling benevolent because I received a Thank You yesterday, too..in the shape of a bottle of Bollinger Champagne! One of my couples sent me a gift box, with two glasses, as a way of saying how much they love their Wedding Album. Ooh, I do love a bit of feedback!
